Blowers, Single Inlet, Technical Features Overview

Higher Air Pressure and Sturdy Anti-vibration Housing

PBM blowers, with forward curved impeller, compact EC motor drives optimized single inlet scroll housing.

The fans could be installed at any directions with fixed riveting nut at scroll housing metal ring, optimized radial scroll housing design and plastic, metal sheet optional impeller to output higher air pressure at customer requested working point in their ventilation duct system or unit box of different materials, such as galvanized metal, aluminum, copper, PE, PVC, polyfoam etc.

AC and DC power supply are available for entire range of fans with integrated and intelligence EC technology motor with inside or outside mounted international standard remote control R485 communication protocol that’s suitable to be adopted in IoE(Internet of Everything), IoT(Internet of Things), smart home system, Industry 4.0 and committed to Carbon Neutrality climate change by reducing customers carbon footprints.

PFC(Power Factor Correction), up to λ>96%, is optional for electricity grad stabilization compliance in certain circumstances of applications. ErP2015 (Energy-related Products) Directive conformity, COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 327/2011 of 30 March 2011 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to eco-design requirements for fans driven by motors with an electric input power between 125 W and 500 kW.

FAQ

Q: How do I choose the right single inlet blower?

A: When selecting a single inlet blower, important factors include:
● Required airflow (CFM or m³/h)
● Static pressure requirements
● Installation space
● Voltage and frequency
● Noise limitations
● Motor type (AC or EC motor)
● Operating environment
● Energy efficiency requirements
Reviewing the blower performance curve is important to ensure proper system matching.

Q: What are the advantages of a single inlet blower?

A: Single inlet blowers offer several advantages, including:
● Compact structure
● Stable airflow performance
● Easier installation and maintenance
● Lower system complexity
● Reliable static pressure capability
● Good integration flexibility for OEM equipment
These features make them widely used in commercial and industrial ventilation systems.

Q: Can single inlet blowers be customized?

A: Yes. Many manufacturers offer customized single inlet blower solutions for OEM and industrial projects. Customization options may include:
● Airflow and pressure specifications
● AC or EC motor configuration
● Voltage and frequency
● Speed control systems
● Mounting structure
● Corrosion-resistant materials
● Noise reduction optimization
● Special housing or impeller designs
Customized blowers are widely used in industrial equipment and specialized ventilation systems.

Q: Where are single inlet blowers commonly used?

A: Single inlet blowers are widely used in:
● HVAC systems
● Air handling units (AHU)
● Industrial ventilation equipment
● Air purification systems
● Electronic equipment cooling
● Commercial kitchen ventilation
● Machinery cooling systems
● Agricultural ventilation
Their compact design makes them suitable for applications with limited installation space.

Q: What is the difference between a single inlet blower and a dual inlet blower?

A: The main difference is the air intake structure. A single inlet blower draws air from one side of the impeller, while a dual inlet blower draws air from both sides. Single inlet blowers are typically preferred for:
● Compact equipment designs
● Moderate airflow requirements
● Simpler duct connections
● Industrial machinery cooling
● Space-limited installations
Dual inlet blowers are more suitable for higher airflow applications such as large HVAC systems.
