This 310mm dc backward curved centrifugal fan is made especially for cooling server racks and server rooms in data centers. It successfully overcomes the thermal aisle of the rack backplane and the air resistance of precision air conditioning terminals by delivering a large airflow of up to 2500 m³/h and a static pressure of 550 Pa, powered by 48V DC. This ensures uniform cooling of server clusters. With noise levels below 78 dB(A) and IP44 protection, the complete machine uses about 180W, making it appropriate for cleanroom settings. It may be coupled with environmental monitoring systems to modify airflow as necessary and supports 0–10V/PWM speed control. It is a perfect power source for liquid-cooled auxiliary air walls, in-row air conditioning, and high-density rack cooling because of its 50,000-hour lifetime, which guarantees continuous 24/7 operation in data centers.
