The DC Dual Inlet Blower PD3N146B48H was created especially for Packaging Machinery. This type has a dual-inlet impeller design of 146 mm, a rated voltage of 48 VDC, an air volume of up to 564.96 CFM (960 m³/H), an air pressure of 248 Pa, a speed of 1580 RPM, and a power of 144 W. In addition to industrial settings like corrugated cardboard manufacturing, high-speed printing, slotting machine paper feeding, and pneumatic material conveying, it is appropriate for dust removal and hot air drying systems on food, pharmaceutical, and electronic product packaging lines. It also provides reliable and effective airflow power for mechanical equipment.
Compared to conventional AC asynchronous motors, this DC fan's efficiency is increased by 30% to 50% thanks to its DC brushless motor and electronic commutation technology. By optimizing the aerodynamic route, the dual-inlet volute construction guarantees minimal vibration, smooth airflow, and noise management below 61 dB (A).
