PD3N200B2EM is a 200mm EC Dual Inlet Blower made especially for air handling, commercial HVAC, and industrial ventilation. It combines the two benefits of DC motors (high energy efficiency) and AC motors (directly supplied by the mains supply) with a high-efficiency EC motor and brushless technology. In comparison to ordinary AC fans, the motor efficiency is substantially better, resulting in energy savings of 30% to 50% under all working situations. The unit's front and rear air intakes are part of the dual-inlet volute design. Both inlets simultaneously pull in air when the fan is turned on. Compared to single-inlet fans, this design produces far more airflow at the same speed, more uniform airflow distribution, and less vibration because it guarantees consistent airflow distribution within the volute and lowers air resistance. A design life of up to 50,000 hours is guaranteed by the NMB ball bearing system in conjunction with integrated motor protection features, including stall protection, polarity protection, and automatic restart (L10, ambient temperature 40°C, humidity 15%–65% RH). This greatly lowers the whole lifespan operating and maintenance expenses of commercial and industrial ventilation systems by enabling fully maintenance-free operation.
