220mm DC Backward Curved centrifugal fan made especially for Air Handling Unit(AHU) in Ventilation and Purification applications. This DC fan maintains great efficiency over a broad working range thanks to its 11-blade backward-curved design and high-efficiency DC brushless motor. Because the majority of pressure accumulation takes place inside the impeller, it reduces energy loss in the subsequent volute structure and produces a much higher aerodynamic efficiency than conventional forward-curved fans, making it especially appropriate for air handling units that must overcome high system resistance. It greatly lowers the long-term energy expenses of air handling equipment by 30% to 50% as compared to conventional AC asynchronous motors under all working situations. The backward-curved blade design reduces eddy current losses during airflow discharge at medium-high static pressure settings of 699 Pa, leading to smoother overall performance.
AHUs, cleanrooms, FFUs (fan-filter units), and other applications can benefit from this line of backward-curved centrifugal fans. When necessary, we may offer OEM customization services, such as silencer/filter box accessory adaptations, corrosion-resistant surface treatments, and protection level improvements (up to IP55).
