355mm IP55 EC backward centrifugal fan made especially for ERV, Energy Recovery Ventilation ,single-room heat recovery is the PB3N355B2E-ZW5. It saves a lot of energy thanks to its high-efficiency EC motor. Air is pushed centrifugally by the reverse centrifugal fan; the impeller's rotational centrifugal force propels the gas outward. The volute gathers and disperses kinetic energy, transforming it into static pressure energy. When compared to conventional forward centrifugal fans, pressure building mostly takes place inside the impeller, which lowers energy loss in the volute structure and greatly increases aerodynamic efficiency. Its IP55 protection grade guarantees long-term steady operation in exposed locations including rooftop equipment rooms, wall-mounted access channels, and through-wall installations since it is completely dustproof and resistant to continuous low-pressure water spray.
In order to serve centrally ducted ERV systems, decentralized wall-mounted ERV devices, and single-room ERV equipment, PBM concentrates on the development and production of superior EC/DC fans and intelligent airflow solutions. We provide OEM customization services, such as impeller materials, IP protection improvements, and modification of the EC motor's RS485 connection protocol.
