Vertical air handling units (AHUs), vertical wall-mounted fan coil units (FCUs), vertical direct expansion (DX) terminal units, and other types of vertically installed, independently controlled HVAC terminal equipment, such as apartment/hotel concealed air conditioning units (VTAC/SPVU) and vertical stacked heat pumps, are among Vertical HVAC Independent System that use PS3N140B2EM.
It easily overcomes system resistance brought on by long vertical ducts, numerous supply air branches, high-efficiency filters, and heat exchange coils in vertical independent HVAC systems thanks to its 38-blade forward-curved impeller made of galvanized steel and optimized aerodynamic design, which maintains stable airflow even under high static pressure conditions of 696 Pa. With an IP44 protection certification and a temperature range of -25°C to 60°C, the device can function steadily and continuously in small areas such mechanical shafts, equipment voids, and ceilings. When paired with integrated motor protection features like stall protection, polarity protection, and automatic restart, the NMB ball bearing system guarantees a design life of up to 50,000 hours, allowing maintenance-free operation and drastically lowering the overall lifecycle operating and maintenance costs of vertical standalone HVAC equipment clusters.
On request, we provide OEM modification services that include compatibility with silencer/filter box attachments, corrosion-resistant surface treatments, protection rating improvements (up to IP55), and particular wiring configurations. In addition to manufacturing fans, PBM offers ventilation and purifying services for vertical independent HVAC systems.
