Technical Description

PD3N180B2EM is a 180mm EC Dual Inlet Blower made especially for commercial equipment, air purifiers, and HVAC systems. The dual-inlet design successfully lowers operational noise and increases airflow efficiency. It is appropriate for core applications like outdoor heat dissipation units in heat pump systems, condensation dehumidification air circulation in commercial dehumidifiers, airflow drive for high-efficiency filtration modules in commercial air purifiers, and indoor-outdoor air exchange units in heat recovery ventilation systems. The PD3N180B2EM meets the demanding requirements of industrial and commercial ventilation applications with an ultra-high airflow rate of 2000 m³/h and a medium-to-high static pressure of 710 Pa delivered by its large-diameter dual-inlet impeller. With an IP44 protection rating and a temperature range of -25°C to 60°C and a humidity range of 5% to 90% RH, the unit can work steadily and for an extended period of time in cramped areas like HVAC equipment rooms, ceiling voids, and within fresh air handling units. The NMB ball bearing system guarantees maintenance-free operation during extended continuous operation, greatly lowering the lifecycle operational and maintenance costs of HVAC equipment fleets when paired with integrated motor protection features like stall protection, polarity protection, and automatic restart.
