280mm EC Single Inlet Blower is made especially for chemical waste gas treatment systems and laboratory fume hoods. It has an IP44 protection rating, a 380V EC motor with 1150 rpm speed, 3000 m³/h air volume, 650 Pa static pressure, 950 W of power, and a noise level of 79 dB (A). Airflow is effectively collected and pressurized by the single-inlet volute construction. In order to ensure a stable air velocity above 0.5 m/s at the fume hood surface and successfully remove hazardous gases produced during experiments, the 650 Pa static pressure is adequate to overcome the resistance of activated carbon filters, HEPA filters, and long-distance ductwork (including multiple bends). Two to three conventional fume hoods can be used simultaneously with the 3000 m³/h air volume. When paired with a VAV variable air volume system for dynamic adjustment, the EC motor's 0–10V/PWM speed control allows for substantial energy savings. It is appropriate for independent exhaust fan rooms with a noise level of 79 dB (A). It is the perfect power source for laboratory exhaust systems because of its IP44 rating, which can tolerate small chemical splashes, and its 50,000-hour lifespan, which guarantees long-term dependable operation for research institutes and inspection and quarantine facilities.
