300mm IP55 axial fan made especially for Ventilation Fan Wall is the PG3N300B2E-MN0. When compared to conventional AC axial flow fans, it achieves energy savings of 30%–50% under all working situations thanks to its high-efficiency EC motor, which maintains a flat, high-efficiency curve over a load range of 10%–100%. Through air circulation within the ventilation layer, the PG3N300B2E-MN0, as the core power unit for active mechanical ventilation, achieves energy savings of 42%–52% during heating and 38%–60% during cooling when compared to conventional single-layer curtain walls. This is based on the chimney effect and greenhouse effect principles of double-layer ventilated curtain walls. By using a high-efficiency EC motor and high-volume, low-noise axial flow technology, it is the perfect core power solution for resolving the heat exchange and ventilation issues of green building glass curtain walls in hot summer and cold winter areas.
PBM provides specialized wiring solutions, weather resistance enhancement, intelligent upgrades, and installation structure adaptation (i.e., adjusting the fan casing shape and installation flange to the structural drawings and actual beam space of various curtain wall projects) for the particular application scenarios of ventilated curtain walls.
