355mm EC bracket fan made especially for machine tools (such as CNC lathes, milling machines, machining centers, grinding machines, stamping machines, and other metal cutting and shaping equipment) is the PK3N355B2E-ZW5. Its high-efficiency EC motor, which is directly powered by AC mains and has integrated rectifier and inverter modules, is more than 30% more efficient than conventional AC asynchronous motors. With its 0~10VDC/PWM dual-mode stepless speed regulation, it can precisely dissipate heat and save energy by adjusting airflow in real-time based on cabinet temperature and machine tool spindle load. Heat sinks and filters in the control cabinet are readily overcome by the aluminum alloy backward-curved impeller (8 blades) with excellent aerodynamics, which provides steady airflow even at high static pressure levels of 1080 Pa. In order to ensure long-term stable operation in oil mist and dusty environments at machine tool processing sites, the entire unit receives an IP55 protection rating, with a dustproof rating of 5, completely preventing dust intrusion, and a waterproof rating of 5 to withstand continuous low-pressure water spray.
