450mm EC bracket fan, particularly intended for dust-collecting systems in textile mills and cotton spinning workshops. It makes use of a 380V EC motor with 1700 RPM, 8500 m³/h of air volume, 800 Pa of static pressure, 1250 W of power, 81 dB (A) of noise level, and an IP44 protection classification. Air ducts in textile manufacturing are readily clogged with fly ash, cotton dust, and fiber dust. Effective dust collection at all dust-generating locations is ensured by the high static pressure of 800 Pa, which readily overcomes the resistance of bag filters and long-distance pipes. More than thirty spinning or weaving machines can have their dust-collecting demands met by the 8500 m³/h air volume. Installation from the workshop ceiling is made easier by the bracket design. With the use of a differential pressure sensor and 0–10V/PWM speed control, the EC motor may save more than 30% on energy. It is a perfect power source for dust collection in carding and air-jet spinning operations because of its IP44 classification, which adapts to cotton dust settings, and its 50,000-hour lifespan, which guarantees continuous output in textile mills working three shifts.
