146mm DC forward curved centrifugal fan is made especially for industrial dust removal equipment and high-resistance duct ventilation. It has a rated voltage of 48 VDC, a speed of 2200 RPM, a power of 100 W, an air volume of 470 m³/h, a static pressure of up to 684 Pa, and a noise level of 68 dB (A). In order to ensure quick removal of smoke, exhaust gases, and hot air, the forward-curved impeller and the extremely high static pressure of 684 Pa readily overcome the substantial resistance of lengthy ducts, multi-layered bends, HEPA filters, and activated carbon filter layers. While the 68 dB(A) operating noise is appropriate for workplaces with certain acoustic requirements, the high air volume of 470 m³/h is adequate to fulfill the ventilation demands of small to medium-sized processing workshops or labs. It may be used in a variety of industrial settings thanks to its IP44 protection grade and working temperature range of -25°C to 60°C.
