The 160mm DC forward curved centrifugal fan from PBM is made especially for data center server rack rear-end cooling. Its power consumption is 94 W, its airflow is 530 m³/h, its static pressure is 267 Pa, and its noise level is only 67 dB (A). Localized hotspots may arise from dense server deployments in traditional 19-inch racks, and the rear doors of these racks typically include dust filters or ventilation holes that severely limit airflow. By quickly removing hot air from the rear of the rack, this DC fan's 267 Pa static pressure successfully overcomes this resistance and keeps essential parts like the CPU and memory at ideal operating temperatures. The 530 m³/h airflow is enough to cool two to three 2U servers, and because of its low noise level, it may be used in micro-data centers next to offices. It can dynamically modify airflow based on server demand and supports PWM speed control, which lowers noise and saves energy. It is the perfect cooling partner for edge computing nodes, business server rooms, and communication racks because of its 50,000-hour lifespan and stall prevention, which guarantee continuous functioning around-the-clock.
