The cooling systems of DC charging heaps for electric cars are the intended use for this 160 mm DC forward curved centrifugal fan. With an airflow of 530 m³/h, a static pressure of 267 Pa, a speed of 1730 RPM, a power output of around 55W (calculated based on voltage and current), and a noise level of only 67 dB (A), it runs on 48V DC power. In order to provide stable functioning of vital components like IGBTs and rectifier bridges, the forward curved impeller design permits high airflow at lower speeds, successfully penetrating the heat sinks and dust filters of the power modules inside the charging pile. The airflow of 530 meters per hour is enough to cool a 60kW fast charging module. The static pressure of 267 Pascals is good to handle the air resistance inside the charging station's medium-length air ducts. This curved fan is quiet, so it can be used in places where noise needs to be kept down. These places include parking lots in malls and residential areas. The fan meets the cooling needs for a 60kW charging module with its airflow. It helps to keep the air flowing through the ducts in the charging station.
