190mm DC Centrifugal Fan with Bracket from PBM is made especially for the cooling systems of DC fast charging stations for electric cars. It features an airflow of 620 m³/h, a static pressure of 473 Pa, a power consumption of just 57.6 W, a noise level of 68 dB(A), an IP44 protection grade, and runs on 48 V DC power at 2950 RPM. Without the need for a complicated volute, the bracket design enables direct installation on the charging station's top or side wall. The power modules' extensive internal air ducts, dust filters, and deep heat sinks are all readily overcome by the high static pressure of 473 Pa, guaranteeing the steady operation of vital parts like rectifier bridges and IGBTs. The airflow of 620 m³/h is adequate to cool 60-120kW rapid charging stations. For substantial energy savings, the EC motor dynamically adjusts in tandem with the charging station's primary control system to offer 0–10V/PWM speed regulation. With a 50,000-hour lifespan that guarantees unattended dependability and IP44 protection that adjusts to outside dust, rain, and fog, this cooling power source is perfect for DC charging stations and solar inverter cabinets.
