Energy storage systems, charging stations, server racks, and electrical cabinets are the main applications for our 250mm DC axial fans. With a maximum speed of 2,750 RPM, an airflow rate of up to 1,900 m³/h, a noise level of 69 dB (A), and a power consumption of 115.2 W, this axial fan runs on a 48V power source. This amount of airflow allows a rack fan to completely satisfy the specifications. DC fans' easy speed changes and flexible control make them ideal for cabinet cooling. Evaluated at ambient temperatures of 40°C and relative humidity levels between 15% and 65%, the anticipated lifespan is 50,000 hours (L10). This longevity data is based on actual testing and has not been overstated. Our plant has specialized facilities, including a noise testing lab and a product longevity testing lab, and we can offer a variety of product certificates. The unit has metal axial fan construction, and a one-piece die-cast aluminum alloy housing provides exceptional pressure and vibration resistance and firmly holds the high-airflow blades during high-speed operation. Even after prolonged usage, the blades' balanced hardness and toughness efficiently avoid brittleness and minimize deformation. High-precision, long-lasting, low-noise, and low-heat dual ball bearings, which have a service life 1.2 to 2 times longer than conventional bearings, are used in the bearing system. The German manufacturer Blauberg produces the motor, which performs exceptionally well in terms of load, current surges, heat dissipation, and service life.
