280mm EC Backward Curved Centrifugal Fan with Bracket made especially for Petrochemical General Machinery is the PK3N280B4EQM. It performs crucial process steps like forced cooling, gas conveying, negative pressure adsorption, and oil mist extraction in petrochemical machinery, oil and gas plants, refining equipment, steel metallurgical equipment, boiler processing rooms, city gas systems, and pharmaceutical machinery. For a variety of general-purpose equipment systems used in the petrochemical and chemical industries, it offers high static pressure and reliable airflow power. With a high-efficiency EC motor that is directly powered by 380V three-phase AC mains power and has integrated rectifier and inverter modules, the motor efficiency surpasses 90%, which is a 30%–50% improvement over conventional AC asynchronous motors. With its 0~10VDC/PWM dual-mode stepless speed regulation, it saves a substantial amount of energy by accurately modifying the airflow in accordance with the real-time load and cooling needs of petrochemical general-purpose machinery. It effectively overcomes system impedance problems that are frequently encountered in petrochemical equipment, such as filter clogging, lengthy duct resistance, and pipe bends, by using improved aerodynamic design to provide steady airflow even at high static pressure of 1280 Pa.
