560mm EC bracket fan from PBM is made especially for large-scale grain conveying and storage systems. A 380V EC motor operating at 1520 RPM, 16000 m³/h of air volume, 980 Pa of static pressure, 2770 W of power, 81 dB(A) of noise level, and an IP44 protection classification are all used. Installation on top of grain silos or next to conveying pipes is made easier by the bracket design. Grain dust, chaff, and other contaminants are effectively removed thanks to the high static pressure of 980 Pa, which readily overcomes the resistance of bag filters, cyclone separators, and long-distance horizontal conveying pipelines. Several conveying lines working concurrently can be covered by the huge air volume of 16000 m³/h. The EC motor provides great energy savings by dynamic adjustment utilizing level and differential pressure sensors, and it offers 0-10V/PWM speed regulation. It is the perfect power source for dust removal and pneumatic conveying in grain depots, flour mills, and feed workshops since IP44 protection conforms to typical dusty situations in grain processing and a long service life of 50,000 hours guarantees continuous output.
