Large paint booths and painting workshops can use PBM's 500mm EC bracket fan for exhaust gas treatment systems. It employs a 380V EC motor with 3000 W of power, an air volume of 13800 m³/h, and a static pressure of up to 1040 Pa. In automobile painting, furniture coating, and other related applications, exhaust gases must flow through water curtain cabinets, activated carbon adsorption layers, and catalytic combustion devices, resulting in exceptionally high resistance. Paint mist and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are effectively extracted thanks to the ultra-high static pressure of 1040 Pa, which readily overcomes the resistance of multi-layered filter media and long-distance pipes. A medium-sized paint booth's ventilation requirements may be met by the huge air volume of 13800 m³/h (about 100 m²). The EC motor delivers great energy savings with dynamic adjustment utilizing a concentration sensor and supports 0-10V/PWM speed regulation.
