The PC30B12160 solves the "top-cooling, bottom-heating" laminar flow blind zone problem of axial fans in enclosed spaces that cannot accommodate large fans, such as semiconductor equipment exposure units, bank self-service terminal mechanisms, and laser marking machine optical path cavities. This ensures uniform cooling of thermally sensitive loads by covering the entire length of the impeller with airflow. Compared to conventional AC fans, this DC fan uses around 70% less power while maintaining the same airflow needs.
