Stepless speed control is supported by a 450mm EC axial fan with a rated maximum airflow of 6,001 m³/h and a static pressure of 316 Pa. It is appropriate for car roof ventilation and air conditioning systems as well as commercial and industrial air handling units (AHUs) due to its broad adjustability and great energy efficiency. The characteristics of this axial fan readily overcome the overall resistance of the filter section, heat exchange coils, and ductwork in commercial and industrial air handling units (AHUs), precisely matching the air delivery needs of medium-sized AHUs. When compared to conventional ac axial cooling fan, the baseline energy consumption is reduced by more than 30% thanks to the EC motor's operational efficiency of over 90%. When combined with speed control capabilities, it may be included in building automation systems to dynamically modify airflow in response to actual building loads, resulting in energy savings of up to 50% in partial load scenarios. It also dramatically lowers the overall lifetime running and maintenance expenses of the AHU with IP44 protection and a maintenance-free lifespan of 50,000 hours, making it an essential part of energy-efficient HVAC retrofits in buildings.
