140mm EC Single Inlet Blower PS3N140B2E-TZ0 was created especially for Decentralized Ventilation Units. The product is commonly utilized in duct pressurization fans, distributed total heat exchangers, freestanding quiet supply fans, compact air handling units (AHUs), independent supply/exhaust modules for decentralized ventilation systems, and other applications. Additionally, it provides high static pressure, low noise, and simple-to-integrate airflow performance for a variety of distributed air handling systems, making it appropriate for building decentralized ventilation needs like exhaust ventilation in residential kitchens and bathrooms, independent fresh air supply in school classrooms, and office cubicle ventilation.
When compared to conventional AC induction motors, the unit is high-efficiency EC motor achieves an efficiency of over 85%, resulting in 30% to 50% energy savings under all working situations. Its 0–10 VDC/PWM dual-mode stepless speed control allows for real-time airflow modification depending on feedback from the decentralized ventilation system's air quality sensor and terminal static pressure. By doing this, energy waste from fixed-speed fans is eliminated and "demand-based ventilation" is achieved. The unit easily overcomes the resistance brought on by long duct runs, numerous supply branches, and high-efficiency filters in decentralized systems thanks to its forward-curved centrifugal impeller and optimized volute design, which maintain low-noise operation (60 dB(A)) even under high static pressure conditions of 700 Pa.
