140mm IP55 Single Inlet Blowers PS3N140B2E-TZ0 was created especially for dispersed ventilation systems in the purifying and ventilation industries. It is extensively utilized in tiny air handling units (AHUs), duct booster fans in decentralized ventilation systems, distributed heat exchangers, independent supply/exhaust modules, and single quiet supply fans. It offers high static pressure, low noise, and simple integration of airflow dynamics for a variety of distributed air handling systems, making it appropriate for decentralized ventilation needs in office building partitions, independent fresh air systems in school classrooms, and kitchen and bathroom exhaust systems in homes.
When compared to conventional AC asynchronous motors, it saves 30% to 50% of energy under all working situations thanks to its high-efficiency EC motor, which has an efficiency of over 85%. In order to achieve "on-demand ventilation" and prevent energy waste from fixed-speed fans, it has 0~10VDC/PWM dual-mode stepless speed regulation that can modify the airflow in real time based on feedback from the terminal static pressure and air quality sensors of the decentralized ventilation system. With its forward-curved centrifugal impeller and optimized volute flow channel design, it can easily overcome the resistance of long-distance ducts, multiple air supply branches, and HEPA filters in decentralized systems while maintaining low-noise operation (60 dB(A)) even under medium-high static pressure conditions of 700 Pa.
On demand, we provide OEM modification services, such as silencer/filter box accessory adaptations, corrosion-resistant surface treatments, protection improvements (up to IP55), and particular wiring schemes. PBM offers decentralized ventilation and purifying solutions in addition to being a fan manufacturer.
