The refrigeration industry, greenhouse projects, air conditioning systems, mechanical and energy equipment, and industrial ventilation are the main applications for axial fans. The 200 mm 24vdc axial fan has a maximum airflow of 1,150 m³/h, can run at up to 2,750 RPM, and keeps noise levels at 60 dB (A). It functions well for greenhouse ventilation or heat exchanger applications and is adequate for factories. It has a small size, excellent airflow, and outstanding energy efficiency as an external rotor axial fan.
In relation to materials, the impeller is composed of cold-rolled steel, which is sufficiently strong, corrosion-resistant, and durable even after extended usage in industrial environments. Instead of the common local NMB bearings you see, we utilize imported ones. Lifespan is directly impacted by that disparity. Our goods may last up to 50,000 hours, although comparable items on the market usually last about 20,000 hours. You have a lot more peace of mind for long-term operation because of that large distance.
To ensure that things are quiet and reserved, we developed the motor with a low-noise impeller. At 60 dB, you rarely detect it in most industrial environments. Brushless axial fans are intrinsically more dependable than brushed ones due to their robust impeller materials and imported bearings.
