The 250mm EC duct fan is a perfect power core for big commercial kitchens since it employs a 230V EC motor with a speed of 2700 RPM and a power consumption of just 170W. It can produce a huge air volume of 1200 m³/h and a high static pressure of 1000 Pa with a noise level as low as 71 dB(A). Exhaust ducts in hotel kitchens and central kitchens are frequently 20–30 meters long, connecting several fume filters, fire dampers, and bends that create a lot of resistance. This resistance is readily overcome by our fan's 1000 Pa static pressure, which guarantees quick fume extraction from every burner and stops smells and backflow. Strong negative pressure may be applied to six to eight wok burners at once with the air volume of 1200 m³/h. Compared to conventional AC fans, its low power consumption of 170W enables long-term continuous operation, saving more than 50% of energy. The front hall eating area will not be disturbed even if it is mounted in the ceiling because of its low noise level of 71 dB(A).
