280mm EC Centrifugal Fan with Bracket from PBM is made especially for precise power distribution cabinet cooling and data center in-row air conditioning. It uses a 380V EC motor that can run at 3400 RPM, 3700 m³/h of airflow, 1180 Pa of static pressure, 800 W of power, 93 dB (A) of noise, and an IP55 protection grade. In-row air cooling must overcome the barrier of the long-distance static pressure box and the heat aisle on the rack back panel in high-density server deployment scenarios. Cool air is precisely distributed to the heated regions in the middle of the rack thanks to the extremely high static pressure of 1180 Pa. Due to the closely spaced power components in precision power distribution cabinets, this fan may successfully pass through dust filters and heat sinks to avoid localized overheating. In addition to supporting 0–10V/PWM speed control, the EC motor dynamically modifies the airflow when used in combination with a dynamic airflow system, which saves a substantial amount of energy. It is the perfect cooling power source for micro-module data centers and edge computing nodes since IP55 protection adjusts to the extremely clean environment of data centers, and a 50,000-hour lifespan guarantees continuous operation around the clock.
