The 310mm EC centrifugal fan with bracket from PBM is made especially for pneumatic conveying systems and industrial central dust collection. It has an IP44 protection rating, an airflow of 5400 m³/h, a static pressure of up to 1050 Pa, a power output of 1400 W, and a noise level of 92 dB(A). It is powered by a 380V EC motor. Direct installation on the dust collector body or duct support is made possible by the bracket design. The substantial resistance of bag filters, cyclone separators, and long-distance conveying pipes is readily overcome by the extremely high static pressure of 1050 Pa, guaranteeing effective removal of particulate matter, welding fumes, and woodworking dust. Several dust-producing locations can be covered at once by the 5400 m³/h airflow. In addition to supporting 0-10V/PWM speed control, the EC motor uses a differential pressure sensor to automatically remove dust or modify airflow, saving a substantial amount of energy. It is a perfect power source for dust collection in furniture manufacturers, foundries, and grain processing facilities since IP44 protection adjusts to the dust and humidity of typical industrial conditions, and its 50,000-hour lifespan guarantees uninterrupted factory operations.
