The PG3N400B48M 400mm DC cooling fan is made especially to work with fan coil units in central air conditioning systems. This 48V DC axial fan is suitable for building low-voltage integration and the DC systems of central air conditioners because of its safe, regulated power supply. Installing it in a machine room or a hidden interior position guarantees increased safety, and the steady voltage minimizes motor burnout. There is peace of mind since the low-voltage wiring conforms to requirements. It easily fits into the original ducting places of popular horizontal hidden, vertical exposed, and clamp-type fan coil units on the market because of its standard 400 mm frame size. It is appropriate for both new installations and retrofits, as it can be immediately replaced without the need to drill new holes or alter ducting. Heat exchange efficiency is the main benefit. DC stepless speed control, which automatically modifies speed based on room temperature—quiet, soft airflow at low temperatures and full-speed, forceful airflow at high temperatures—ensures accurate temperature regulation and enables 0–10V/PWM interaction with the main air conditioning board. This eliminates abrupt temperature swings by providing steady, balanced airflow for both heating and cooling. Heat exchange efficiency is increased by the high flow axial fan penetrating the coil. By focusing the airflow directly onto the evaporator fins, it guarantees that the whole heat exchange surface is reached. This results in more thorough heat exchange throughout both heating and cooling cycles, quicker cooling, more even distribution of warm air, and improved energy efficiency for the entire air conditioning system.
