Energy storage and renewable energy applications are the main uses for this 450mm DC axial fan. This 24VDC axial fan produces up to 4800 m³/h of airflow at a low speed of 1050 RPM. It is a standard low-static-pressure, high-airflow fan intended for convection cooling of the entire device. It is primarily utilized in lithium-ion battery storage cabinets and outdoor energy storage containers where air circulation is necessary. By installing a cabinet fan within, convection is ensured throughout the cabinet, minimizing localized overheating and enabling even heat dissipation. High speed axial fans are necessary for ventilation in charging station enclosures.
Cabinet cooling fans offer complete airflow inside distribution cabinets, energy storage cabinets, and large server racks, efficiently dissipating accumulated heat and averting problems like excessive top-of-cabinet temperatures and component overheating that could trip circuit breakers. These fans may directly replace outdated AC fans with energy-efficient 24V DC models, saving power and providing a longer service life, thanks to conventional cabinet mounting holes. In addition to reducing circuit board corrosion and short circuits, constant air circulation within the cabinet lowers humidity, condensation, and mold development. DC fans with high airflow are made especially for cabinet cooling.
