IP55 EC Axial Fan made especially for Roof Fan is the PG3N400B2E-ZW5. In comparison to conventional solutions, the EC motor achieves around 15%–35% energy savings in the normal 30%–70% operating range by maintaining a flat, high-efficiency curve over a load range of 10%–100%. In the majority of real-world situations, this greatly satisfies the low-load operating criteria of rooftop fans. It has a design life of up to 50,000 hours thanks to its maintenance-free motor design based on the NMB ball bearing system and integrated motor protection features including stall protection, polarity protection, and automatic restart. The PA66+GF impeller's lightweight, strong, and weather-resistant blades prevent aging and deformation even after extended exposure to the sun and wind.
We provide OEM customization services, such as upgrading blade materials (such as aluminum alloy blades, which are especially appropriate for corrosive situations) and modifying rooftop installation accessories like rain covers, check valves, and outlet protection nets. Additionally, depending on the particular duct routing and roof space restrictions at the roof ventilator installation site, we may offer unique installation brackets for various roof types.
