A wide-width laminar flow air supply device made especially for heat recovery ventilation systems (HRV/ERV) is the PC65B2A242A 65mm AC cross flow fan. The cross-flow fan and complete heat exchanger core in heat recovery fresh air units create a steady cross-flow heat transfer layer between the supply and exhaust air channels. This fan makes use of the high-temperature resistance and continuous operating features of AC motors in the hot air circulation systems of commercial warm air blowers and industrial continuous drying ovens. When compared to conventional solutions, PBM's AC/EC fan technology may lower power usage by around 20% to 30% under the same airflow needs.
We provide a whole thermal solution, from requirements research and prototype testing to mass production delivery, rather than simply a fan. Impeller length, operating voltage, lead length and terminal type, speed control curve modification, and FG speed feedback signal design are only a few of the aspects covered by OEM/ODM customized services.
