PA3N200B24-RN0 is a 200mm IP55 axial fan made especially for critical care and medical ventilators, such as home sleep apnea machines (CPAP/APAP), non-invasive ventilators (NIV), invasive ventilators, emergency and transport ventilators, intensive care units (ICUs), and other respirator support devices. It makes use of a reinforced nylon impeller, which has several advantages over metal components, such as reduced inertia, density, and weight. This decreases bearing wear over time, efficiently lowers motor starting load, and offers exceptional corrosion resistance, making it appropriate for high-humidity medical settings and settings that need regular chemical cleaning.
PBMs can include extra attachments like customized noise-reducing hoods or sound-softening grilles to further minimize aerodynamic noise during operation in order to satisfy the intrinsic requirement of ventilator makers for exceptionally low noise. Additionally, we provide on-demand OEM customization services, such as optimizing the fan outlet installation angle (the body can be suitably adjusted according to the equipment casing design, with 0°/90°/180° left-hand/right-hand rotation options), upgrading the protection level, and customizing mounting structures and flanges to guarantee smooth integration with the ventilator's precision main control unit and various structural housings.
