400mm EC Centrifugal Fan with Bracket from PBM is made especially for central dust collecting systems and industrial dust management. It has an airflow of 7400 m³/h, a static pressure of up to 1000 Pa, a speed of 2000 RPM, a power of 1300 W, an IP55 protection grade, and a noise level of 85 dB (A). It is powered by a 380V EC motor. Direct installation on duct supports or dust collector platforms is made possible by the bracket design. The effective removal of woodworking dust, welding fumes, and feed particles is ensured by the ultra-high static pressure of 1000 Pa, which readily overcomes the resistance of bag filters, cyclone separators, and long-distance horizontal ducts. Several dust-producing locations can be covered at once by the 7400 m³/h airflow. Significant energy savings are achieved by the EC motor's capability for 0–10V/PWM speed control and automated adjustment using a differential pressure sensor. It is the perfect dust-collecting power source for furniture manufacturers, cement packaging lines, and grain processing facilities because of its IP55 protection, which adapts to high-dust and humid situations, and its extended service life of 50,000 hours, which guarantees uninterrupted industrial output.
