630mm EC Centrifugal Fan with Bracket is made especially for the cooling and ventilation systems of big generator sets and motors. With an airflow of 18,600 m³/h, static pressure of 900 Pa, speed of 1250 RPM, power of 2700 W, and noise level of 85 dB (A), it employs a 380V EC motor. There is no need for a complicated volute since the bracket design enables direct installation on top of or next to the motor. Narrow internal cooling channels and filters are overcome by the high static pressure of 900 Pa, guaranteeing that enough cooling air reaches vital parts like windings and bearings to avoid overheating and derating. Megawatt-class motors and diesel generator sets may be adequately cooled by the enormous airflow of 18,600 m³/h.
