FAQ

  • How do I choose the right single inlet blower?

    +
When selecting a single inlet blower, important factors include:
    • Required airflow (CFM or m³/h)
    • Static pressure requirements
    • Installation space
    • Voltage and frequency
    • Noise limitations
    • Motor type (AC or EC motor)
    • Operating environment
    • Energy efficiency requirements
Reviewing the blower performance curve is important to ensure proper system matching.
  • What are the advantages of a single inlet blower?

    +
Single inlet blowers offer several advantages, including:
    • Compact structure
    • Stable airflow performance
    • Easier installation and maintenance
    • Lower system complexity
    • Reliable static pressure capability
    • Good integration flexibility for OEM equipment
These features make them widely used in commercial and industrial ventilation systems.
  • Can single inlet blowers be customized?

    +
Yes. Many manufacturers offer customized single inlet blower solutions for OEM and industrial projects. Customization options may include:
    • Airflow and pressure specifications
    • AC or EC motor configuration
    • Voltage and frequency
    • Speed control systems
    • Mounting structure
    • Corrosion-resistant materials
    • Noise reduction optimization
    • Special housing or impeller designs
Customized blowers are widely used in industrial equipment and specialized ventilation systems.
  • Where are single inlet blowers commonly used?

    +
Single inlet blowers are widely used in:
    • HVAC systems
    • Air handling units (AHU)
    • Industrial ventilation equipment
    • Air purification systems
    • Electronic equipment cooling
    • Commercial kitchen ventilation
    • Machinery cooling systems
    • Agricultural ventilation
Their compact design makes them suitable for applications with limited installation space.
  • What is the difference between a single inlet blower and a dual inlet blower?

    +
The main difference is the air intake structure. A single inlet blower draws air from one side of the impeller, while a dual inlet blower draws air from both sides. Single inlet blowers are typically preferred for:
    • Compact equipment designs
    • Moderate airflow requirements
    • Simpler duct connections
    • Industrial machinery cooling
    • Space-limited installations
Dual inlet blowers are more suitable for higher airflow applications such as large HVAC systems.
